OBJECTIVES

​

In this proposal Students will be able to:

  • apply the “it’s your turn” expression when playing Memory

  • apply the "I have a .... and a....." and "I have/don't have a pair" expressions

  • identify some of the most relevant social classes of the Ancient Egypt and place them on an Egyptian society pyramid regarding their hierarchy

    • relate some characteristic elements/objects to their corresponding social class

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

​

​

STEP 1. Students will play a memory game with the key vocabulary of the proposal.

 

 

​

STEP 2. Each pair or group will take a plastified pyramid and stick all the images to their name/concept.

They will have the "It's your turn" physical flashcard that will help them remember to orally say the sentence when playing the Memory

​

​

To carry out the sticking-with-blue tack activity they can look for the concepts that they do not remember in the Memory cards.

ASSESSMENT

​

In this proposal, apart from the Traffic light evaluation, there won't be any assessment sheet to stick on their notebooks. Unlike the other proposals, in this case, observation will play an important role when the students are carrying out the Pyramid activity (sticking the concepts with blue tack).

​
